Fixtures must be received within 30 days from the date of delivery

Packed in their original cartons complete with all parts and original packing materials

All returns are subject to a 20%-25% restocking fee and return shipping

The following items are ineligible for return:

Installed or modified

Customized or made to order

Bulbs and accessories 

Final Sale items

Anything not in original package including outside box and all packing material

Defective or broken merchandise must be reported in 7 days

All completed orders must be picked up within 30 days or storage fees may apply.
